Hi, I'm Dr. Yugabharathi —
a Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS) graduate with over five and a half years of dedicated training in yoga.
BNYS is a unique medical degree that blends yoga, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and diet & nutrition to treat illness and promote holistic well-being.
This gives me a rare edge:
I don't just teach yoga postures — I understand the body's deeper healing systems, so every session is grounded in real therapeutic knowledge.
