My name is Teo and i provide Personal Fitness Training in High Wycombe
I understand that it can be difficult to make time to exercise having worked in the busy corporate world for many years myself but I believe that we make time for the things which are important to us and there really is nothing more important than our happiness and health.
I specialize in training those who may be new to exercise and I offer my expertise on weight loss, building and improving muscle tone, cardio fitness, and choosing and maintaining a healthy diet.
I provide support and motivation for all levels of fitness and for all ages.
