With more than 10 years of experience working with Pilates, I teach women to understand how their body works. I also teach how pain works so they can learn different techniques to improve their mental and physical health. My sessions usually include mindfulness techniques, flexibility, mobility, strengthening, and functional exercises. Here you’ll see your Pilates practice achieving another level. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
