About Vanshika
I am a dedicated Yoga Therapist and Scholar with a Master’s (M.Sc.) and Bachelor’s (B.A.) in Yoga Science, alongside five years of clinical and instructional experience. My deep journey into Indian philosophical traditions, human psychology, and therapeutic science revealed to me that authentic yoga is far more than physical exercise—it is a complete, evidence-based science of self-healing and mental transformation. Having studied both the classical texts and the subtle mechanics of human anatomy, I feel a profound responsibility to bridge traditional wisdom with modern living. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge because I have witnessed firsthand how targeted yogic practices, combined with techniques like Acupressure and Reflexology, can help individuals overcome chronic pain, stress, and lifestyle imbalances to reclaim their innate vitality.
