I've been meditating for over a decade now and became a fully insured and registered practitioner about four years ago.
Lessons will last an hour and will start with us identifying what you would like achieve. I have a particular interest in manifestation/ visualisation, astral projection and stress relief/relaxation.
Over the years, I have developed techniques that can quickly and easily bring about a sense of peace, relaxation and tap into the depths of your psyche.
I am based in London and can offer sessions online.
I am also a Sekhem/Reiki master, crystal therapist, numerologist and have trained in shamanic techniques - this means we can get as mystical as you would like. Or just stick to conventional mindfulness techniques if you prefer.
