About Autum

Hello! I’m a certified and experienced K–12 educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. I’ve spent 5 years working with students across a range of grade levels, and I specialize in teaching English, reading, writing, literacy, and spelling. What sets me apart is not just my academic background, but my deep commitment to student success. I know that every learner is different, which is why I create individualized lessons that meet students where they are and help them grow with confidence. My teaching style is supportive, structured, and encouraging, and I always strive to make learning both effective and engaging. My classroom experience, advanced training in curriculum design, and passion for literacy development allow me to offer tutoring that’s professional, proven, and tailored for results. Whether your child needs help catching up, wants to get ahead, or simply needs a little extra guidance, I’m here to help them feel empowered and capable. Let’s work together to build strong, confident learners!

With over 5 years of experience as a certified K–12 educator, I bring both passion and expertise to every lesson. I hold a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, which means I know how to tailor learning to meet each student’s unique needs. Whether your child is struggling with reading comprehension, spelling, writing structure, or just needs a confidence boost, I create engaging, supportive, and effective lessons that lead to real progress. I teach skills that last a lifetime. My approach is patient, encouraging, and results-driven. I’ve helped students of all ability levels—from early readers to advanced writers—grow academically and gain a love for learning along the way.
