About Subhranil
I grew up in poverty, abuse and lack of opportunities, yet I dreamed of a life beyond my circumstances and challenges. Mindfulness, daily affirmations, and resilience helped me overcome obstacles that once felt impossible. I will coach you to learn the life-hacks to leverage on your ‘haves’ rather than focus on ‘have-nots’. As a global banking Chief of Staff, I’ve led teams across cultures, navigating high pressure, conflict, and constant deadlines. I understand the toll stress, fatigue, lack of self-confidence and mental blocks can take on both life and work. From my diverse lived experiences, science-based coaching models, blending immersive mindfulness & breathwork techniques, I will help you overcome stress, mental blocks and self-doubt. You will also unlock your creativity & self-confidence with practical mindfulness and energy coaching techniques that restore focus, confidence, and clarity.
