My teaching methods are about getting the client to have a safe place when speaking. I ask my client high mileage questions, I use bio individuality, crowding out methods, I also want to know all about my clients nutrition on and off the plate and then I will help my client figure out what there next step will be from there. I am simply a cheerleader pushing you towards the finish line that is all!
