I am Surya, a 14-year-old boy who loves playing chess and would like to teach as many people as possible to grow the game. I do play tournaments too, being rated 1700 in FIDE and 1500 in the English Chess Federation. In our chess lessons, we will build a strong foundation by focusing on the core fundamentals of chess, like opening principles and endgame strategies. Apart from this, I will try my best to teach how to take a loss as that is a crucial part of chess. The lessons will be an hour long, playing a game to finish each lesson

Surya has been playing chess since he was little and also plays in chess tournaments. He’s considered one of the best at his school and has amazing teaching skills for his age. I can assure as someone who has seen him teach first hand that he is great at explaining and will definitely help improve chess skills of whoever is taught by him.
Surya is a great teacher and guy in general he has boosted my rating from 100 to around 1300+ for begginers and intermediates i would recommend him as he explains fundamentals very clearly and is on of the highest rated in the area at 1600+
