About Christophe

Certified teacher, I touch a very different audience in his expectations for several years: general fitness, stress management, weight loss, bodybuilding, muscle tone or preparation for a physical test of military competition. As a Personal Sport Trainer, I help you define your goals and the means to achieve them, avoiding inappropriate postures. I am training it on myself and my entourage, new multidisciplinary training techniques like the crossfit, which can overcome the heavy weight machines.
