About Wendy
I’m passionate about science with six published papers in scientific journals, but I am even more passionate about helping students understand biology in a way that makes sense to them.
I have been a high school science teacher for the last 12 years, teaching biology and Anatomy & Physiology during that time. Before that, I was involved in both scientific research and supporting professors with their undergrad instruction.

As an educator, I work diligently to break down complex systems into smaller steps & make them relatable to things you already know.
Having worked with high school & college students for over a decade, I am able to help every time of learner!
