About Lynn
I am an experienced and postgraduate-qualified French teacher having taught KS3 to A Level, as well as mature adults as part of the Adult and Community Education provision, all with considerable success. I am a fluent, near-native French speaker with very strong current ties to France, and an active interest in French crime literature of which I have a vast library. I am able to cover French literature required by schools for GCSE and A Level. I also have experience of running online courses in conjunction with a local college and university. I have taught students of GCSE and A Level with great success, including many who have gone on to do degrees or joint degrees involving French. I have taught French to students of all levels at the local Adult and Community Learning for holidays, second homes and other leisure reasons, for business, and even to students, in several cases, who have wished to emigrate to France etc. I am offering online teaching at the present time, and have an E-Learning master's degree and current experience of Zoom and Skype.

I am a professionally qualified teacher with considerable experience in schools, colleges and adult education, offering online (Zoom/Skype) French teaching to GCSE/A Level students and/or to adults wishing to learn some French for leisure/business purposes (different rates apply). You will be provided with all the handouts you need by email, and a copy of the lesson will be provided at the end of the lesson, with as much or little homework as you wish, to keep you going. We will mainly cover speaking, reading, writing with some clips for listening in your own time. We will look into French culture, which backs up any language understanding, as well as grammar, vocab and so on. À très bientôt !

Details
My fee is £20 per hour for students studying GCSE or A Level French or £15 per hour for adult students studying for leisure or work. These are highly competitive rates (experienced teacher). Currently ONLY online lessons provided through Zoom or Skype due to pandemic. No travel costs apply.
