About Emily
I am a passionate teacher. I am young and fun, but very professional. I build strong relationships with students by finding mutual interests. I am a mum to a beautiful little girl, so I understand what it means to be compassionate to students needs.

I use an explicit direct instruction approach to teaching new concepts and skills to mastery. I use engagement norms to ensure my students are engaged throughout the entire tutoring session. I use ongoing assessment data to ensure I am achieving results and share these results. I have experience teaching students from Kindy through to Year 6, however I would be comfortable teaching students in high school for areas that I have experience and knowledge in.
