About Omar
Hi there, I am a HipHop dancer, I've been dancing for about two years and a half. I have traveled to events such as battles, jams and workshops. I study the culture and philosophy that surrounds dance and I have built one of my own within my art

It depends on the person. I use one methodology or another since each person and their art is different but normally I use the same method which is:
A training where I give them tools and they go through three phases.
(Expimentation) here they experiment with the tool that I have given them to see how they want to do it and what sensations they like and feel when doing it.
(Drill) here the tool that I have given them will be constantly repeated until you get it and understand it and your are able to do it the wey you like without thinking about it.
(Feeling and freestyle) here they put intention and emotion. They play with the tool from levels, angles, Amplitudes, etc ... In some sessions only one of the phses will be done, in other two of them ... it depends on the tool I will give them since some depend more on emotion and others depend more on technique.
Finally I will show them an example so that you can get inspired.
