About Leila

I am a University of Nottingham undergraduate student, studying a joint honours degree of History and Politics. I have only recently started tutoring but I have had some experience with it, aiding younger A Level students with their studies. I achieved an A* in Politics A Level, and As in both History and English A Level. I had a tough 2 years studying during my A Levels, so I am able to give advice tailored specifically to making studying for your A Levels a lot less difficult!

About the lesson

I tend to focus on more difficult topics first as once you are confident with these, your outlook on studying gets more positive! Moreover, I believe that with the humanities subjects, practising exam questions goes a lot further than sitting down and memorising a textbook. Having completed my A Levels just over a year ago, I am familiar with the workings of both History and Politics A Level courses.
