About Charles
I am currently wrapping up my third year at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. I have a passion for teaching and I am planning on attending teacher's college after I finish my undergraduate degree. I have some experience working with youth as I have logged volunteer hours both at my local high school as well as coached youth house league basketball.

I approach teaching history, especially, in such a way that I can challenge the "history is boring" narrative that seems to hold students back from succeeding in the subject. History is the retelling and examination of what has made our current world, and no person or event taught by me will ever be "boring". I encourage a love for history that hopefully enlightens students and assists them in furthering their understanding.
