About Paola
I was born in El Salvador, and have been living in the United States since I was young. I learned both languages simultaneously, using both languages inside and outside the home. I am fully bilingual, I launched my freelance interpreter career this year after being trained for over 50 hours for community based and medical interpretation. I have been teaching my co-workers, friends, community members Spanish for over a year more formally now and have decided to make profiles on tutoring sites as I am paying for my own school and my tutor friend recommended tutoring.

Hi! Through my lessons, you get to customize the vocabulary and material you learn about. I usually build on each lesson, so we can start with words, then sentences, then have conversations together. These lessons are to learn casual everyday Spanish as I am from Central America and as an interpreter, I know the multiple dialects that exist in Latin America so I can adjust to what my student cares about. I hope to learn through tutoring you as you increase your understanding and Spanish speaking levels.
