I love to help people feel fitter, healthier, better, and happier. Whilst the aesthetics are a nice outcome, functional fitness will boost your everyday and athletic abilities. I love food and as an ex-chef I advocate enjoying a variety of real food. CIMSPA registered Personal Trainer and AfN certified Nutrition Coach.
