I am a certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, specialized in Diabetics, Weight Loss, Child and adolescent Nutrition as well as Sports and exercise Nutrition. I worked as Nutrition coach several years and I have been working also as Healthy product developer helping small and larger brands to create and manufacture food products.

Learn how to develop diet plans individualized, create balanced menus for small or larger groups. learn how to calculate macros and all things Nutrition related. Based on the student (s) needs I will develop a course with the proper lessons in order to give the best instruction, balancing goals and level to achieve. I can teach in both English and Spanish, giving to my students a plus if desired.
