About myself:
I'm half Swiss & half Italian living in Australia (Gold Coast). I have been studying for over 6 years about psychology, neuroscience, spirituality & metaphysics & have helped 100 people in Europe, Australia & South America through my work for the last 3 years. I'm an ICF-certified Results coach/mentor and have a diploma in Counselling & NLP therapy.
I use ICF accredited Self-mastery coaching methods, Person-centered therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Time Line Therapy (TM) & Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
