Lauren is an extremely patient and grounded person. She knows how to calm herself and others. She’s passionate about meditation and genuinely wants to help others feel the benefits. I highly recommend her as a teacher.
Her calm energy makes it easy to learn how to tap into the tranquility of our minds. She is a trustworthy teacher because of her daily practice of finding serenity among the chaos of life. The world is full of unrest but with Lauren, the energy of the world will feel still and calm so that you can connect with yourself and define what inner peace means to you.
Lauren is a super patient and calming person. She is the perfect person to guide you through meditation or help you get into it as she truly believes in it and cares about others!
You can always go to Lauren to feel more at peace. She reminds you to stay grounded and she’s great at yoga!!
