I do my lessons in the comfort of my home. They are fun and easy but super effective. The aim is to keep fit while having fun doing it! We "you and I" can try new exercises together and motivate each other on a daily basis for 3 to 5 days a week depending on your commitment and flexibility. Give me a try will you??
