About Riya
I am Riya, and I am a certified Fitness Trainer with 4 years of experience in weight loss and home workouts. I believe fitness should be simple and possible at home without any equipment. My goal is to help students build healthy habits, lose fat, and gain confidence. I create personal workout and diet plans for every student. I am patient, motivating, and supportive. Seeing people transform their health makes me happy, and that is why I love sharing my knowledge.

In my fitness classes I teach easy home workouts for weight loss, fat burn and better health. No gym equipment is needed. Each class includes warm up, strength training, cardio and stretching. I also give a simple Indian diet plan and weekly progress tracking. My method is beginner friendly, safe and motivating. Classes are available online and offline in Agra. My goal is to make fitness fun and consistent for you so you can see real results.
