About Shelby
I’m a DBHS alumna and now Emory University undergraduate with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in biology and healthcare. I've assisted at UCLA Neurobiology Research Lab, worked as a CNA, and founded a global health non-profit. Beyond academics, I’ve worked with students of different ages through science workshops, tutoring, and summer programs. Biology became my passion once I viewed it as its own world to explore, so I want to make biology easier to understand to help students build both confidence and a genuine interest in science.
