I've worked as a waitress at a hotel restuarant. I have obtained my N4, 5 and 6 certificates in Hospitality management. I haven't tutored before but its something I do have a passion for but just never been given the opportunity to.

My teaching method would be to start with the basics moving up to ths difficult ones. I want my learners to feel comfortable first and feel confident when completing mundane cooking like making a pancake or boiling spaghetti. Good things are not to be rushed.
