I am an athlete and used to play football as a state level player. After a few years I moved my focus to bodybuilding and Cross Training. Every person should get fit in order to gain confidence and make their lives wonderful. But dedication and discipline are the most important factors for that. If you want to achieve something you have to work hard for it.
