I am responsible for the sports activity in my work community.I aimed to improve my training skills so I went through the International Fitness Professionals Association- IFPA's course and passed all it's tests. In addition to having a first aid certification from the Canadian Military.

I give online fitness training sessions. The first step is that all clients are to be assessed and identify their fitness goals. Second step is to put a program design and apply it to reach the goal. All this will be under my supervision.
