About Michele
Hello, I'm Michele Reina, a seasoned figure in the bar and hospitality industry. With a passion for spirits, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to industry and consumers.
Throughout my career, I've dived into the intricate histories and chemistry of spirits production, becoming an expert through research, experimentation, and a few well-earned mistakes. From establishing my first drinks laboratory and foraging rare botanicals, I've crafted over 100 experimental cocktail bitters and liqueurs using traditional techniques blended with modern technology.
As a bar consultant, menu developer, competition judge, and staff trainer, I've honed my skills to provide a range of services worldwide. From restaurant and bar openings to brand development, my expertise covers all aspects of the hospitality industry.
One of my recent programs, the London Bourbon Experience, reflects my dedication to sharing the world of spirits. Join me for personalized lessons, and indulge in masterclasses and tastings covering spirits categories such as whisk(e)y, gin, rum, vermouth, and aperitifs. These sessions, available both online and in-person, promise an enriching experience for everyone, whether you're a seasoned professional or a passionate enthusiast.
I believe in tailoring each event to your preferences, offering a flexible approach to locations and availability.
