I have been trained in Interpretation at the La Bobina school and I have carried out several workshops and seminars on interpretation for camera, improvisation, body expression ... My experience as an actress and theater teacher at the La Quarta Finestra association has taught me that theater It is a brilliant tool to discover yourself as a person and train the social skills that help us face our day to day life.

Emotional and social skills, as well as interpretation, require meticulous work of introspection, to later be able to use listening to the outside and the partner. Surely you've heard it sometime: to love others, we must first love ourselves. Little by little we will discover what are your physical, emotional and imaginary blocks; We will work together to find the best way to connect your body-mind-essence. We will risk playing with respect for ourselves and our colleagues / environment. These sessions can be used to train you as an actress or actor, as well as to improve your social skills so that you can apply them day by day. This is a completely practical and exciting workout. You dare?
