About Reika
Hello! I’m a dedicated and friendly tutor who enjoys helping students learn, improve, and become more confident in their abilities. As a student myself, I understand that learning can sometimes feel challenging, so I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students can learn at their own pace.
I am patient, responsible, and willing to adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s needs and learning goals. I believe that lessons should not only be educational but also engaging and enjoyable. I use clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive activities to make difficult topics easier to understand.

As a tutor, I believe that learning should be comfortable, engaging, and suited to each student’s individual needs. I use a patient and student-centered teaching approach, combining clear explanations, examples, practice activities, and interactive discussions to help students understand lessons more easily.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by an introduction to the new lesson. I explain the topic step by step using simple examples, then give the student opportunities to practice through exercises, questions, conversations, or activities. At the end of the lesson, we review the key points and identify areas that may need more practice.
What sets me apart is my patience, willingness to adapt, and focus on creating a friendly learning environment. I encourage students to ask questions and make mistakes because I believe mistakes are an important part of learning. I also adjust my teaching style and pace depending on the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, elementary and high school students, college students, and anyone who wants to improve their Tagalog skills. I can help with grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation, school lessons, assignments, and conversational Tagalog. Whether a student needs academic support or simply wants to become more confident in using Tagalog, I aim to make every lesson productive, understandable, and enjoyable.
