About Kevin
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with experience training clients of various fitness levels, age groups, and populations. Some of my clients include post-surgery rehabilitation patients, where I frequently collaborate with their healthcare professional to adhere to safe exercise guidelines. I have also trained business professionals and helped them lose weight, while keeping everything sustainable and fun.
I also teach kickboxing and am meticulous about checking your form. Ultimately, I want to help you not only look better, but to feel better. I want to help shape your life to help you feel the best version of yourself!

My typical lessons will include a detailed health assessment to understand your goals, movement patterns and deficiencies so I can design a workout program specially for you.
I will start every session with a dynamic warm-up and take you through a full-body workout with whatever equipment you have at home, or just bodyweight is fine too! I will end with a fun finisher exercise before ending the session with stretches to help you with flexibility.
