About Afraz
During my first year in Middle School I was also a student who struggled in getting good grades in my mathematics classes, however through focusing and learning concepts which I will share with students I was able to go from being an average student to always topping my cohort in Mathematics. My classes will be organized, interactive, and entertaining while focusing on the main goal of learning mathematics and developing critical thinking skills, to make sure that students are taking as much as possible from my classes.

Having recently completed high school and middle school with perfect math scores in both the - International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (Extended Mathematics) (Score 7.0/7.0 GPA) - International Baccalaureate Diploma Program Mathematics (Score 7.0/7.0 GPA) I am able to teach middle school students the fundamentals of mathematics, leading them to develop their Mathematical skills to reach the same. My methodology involves finding the topics which students are struggling in and helping them build an understanding of the concept from the ground up, looking to make mathematics enjoyable and easy to grasp. My typical lessons will be 1-2 hours long, where I will help students: - Go through challenging topics in their Math Classes - Explore concepts in Mathematics - Provide sufficient examples for students to follow - Provide practice papers enabling critical thinking in mathematical contexts - Going through tests to help students understand reasoning Focusing on - Arithmetic - Algebra - Geometry - Trigonometry - Functions - Sequences & Patterns - Probability
