I base my classes on a personal one on one approach with my student. First I understand where/what exactly the student needs help with, and then I determine the best way to approach the student with the correct methodology/solution. In my opinion, I believe that a student and his tutor have to be honest about the best way that works for the student to assimilate information so that the lessons provide value to the student. Not just answers, but the foundation to work the answers by themselves.
