About Rathi
I'm a yoga instructor and spiritual enthusiast striving to create an inclusive safe space to work on oneself through yoga. I have always been drawn towards yoga because it helps in every aspect of life not just fitness. I learned yoga to enhance every aspect of my life, I'm still learning but I will be glad and grateful to help people with similar aspirations along the way. I'm certified yoga instructor acknowledged by International Yoga Alliance. I have completed 200 & 300hrs of yoga teacher training and 50hrs of aerial yoga teacher training courses .

My classes are a curated mix of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices that includes meditation, pranayama, mobility, flexibility and strength training. As a yoga instructor I encourage my students to take their practice off the mat and incorporate yoga in every aspect of their lives. Individual attention will be given to make sure the class fits for people with different levels of fitness with the help of variations and modifications.

Perfect! Rathi is a wonderful yoga teacher! In just six sessions, I noticed a real improvement in my flexibility. I really appreciated that she was attentive and personalised her approach to my needs. She took the time to understand what I wanted to work on and tailored the sessions accordingly.
She observed me practice, guided me whenever I was doing something incorrectly, and helped me make adjustments where needed. She’s also very open to adapting the focus of the sessions based on what you want to achieve.
I would really recommend Rathi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and flexible yoga teacher!Perfect! Very kind and really prepared teacher! Loved it

Excellent quality yoga trainer . Amazing energy and positivity and also an approach full of patience . Great for start level training to higher level training too. Anyone having chronic pains in the body can benefit from regular training program by her apartment from others who want to train to improve strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Ms Rathi.
Recently took her class and had great experience sharing the space with her she had her calm aura , her instructions was meticulous and whole session was wholesome and made me feel refreshed, definitely would recommend her majorly for her skills.
