About Paloma
Hello everyone, I’m Paloma, originally from Spain. I hold a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, along with two specialized master’s degrees in sports. I am currently working on my thesis focused on research about yoga. I am an international artistic gymnastics coach with over 10 years of experience as a coach and physical trainer for gymnasts. I have also worked at several Spanish universities as a professor in the Physical Activity and Sports Sciences degree program. My training sessions can be conducted in both Spanish and English.

In my classes, I invite you to work from self-awareness and breathing to progress in strength and mobility training. I also focus on inverted postures and handstands for those who want to challenge themselves. Additionally, through this work, you will see results in both physical fitness and self-confidence.
The training sessions are for both athletes who want to enhance their strength and flexibility for optimal performance and for those who simply want to feel good about themselves and improve their physical condition.

Paloma is an amazing teacher, she’s kind and funny. She has a lot of patience and knows how to explain stuff. She’s really skilled and helped me a lot through the different difficult exercises. I can now brag about my handstand and all because of Paloma!
