Don’t let mobility or age deter you in any way I have worked with all walks of life from able bodies all the way through to students who were barely mobile. Welcome to my page. I have a very traditional authentic approach to my teachings. Yoga has been very watered down in the west. My passion is to keep it as close to its roots as possible. I was born In England of Indian decent and now living in Canada
All my training has been conducted with teachers from where yoga was born (India) I have worked on various teacher training programmes in the UK, Europe & India
Breath is life expect lots of alignment cues, breathing cues & overall a soul warming practice whether it’s multi style, Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin or flow
