Hey my beautiful Yoga enthusiast, My name is Nasheen your Yoga teacher. I am a certified and experienced Yoga teacher under Ayush ministry. Having taught Yoga in top Yoga retreat centers in UK and in Belgium. I am now based in India and share knowledge of my world renowned Master Jehangir Palkhivala.Yoga is not just about stretches but a whole philosophy to change your life.
