About Manu
I am an enthusiastic and interactive yoga instructor. I teach yoga to children, adults, beginners focusing on building strength & stamina in the body. I specialize in all types of asanas, pranayamas, meditation, relaxation and kriyas.
I started Yoga by passion. I specialize in solving lifestyle diseases and issues related to women and also provide pre post natal Yoga. I have helped people recover from Pcod/Pcos, Diabetes, anxiety, fertility issues,sexual problems,thyroid problems, stress and weight management . In this hectic schedule, I help my client overcome tension, stress by relaxing their mind and muscles.

The class would typically start with a few minutes of centering and breathing exercises to help students quiet their minds and focus on the present moment. From there i would guide students through a series of basic yoga poses, including standing poses, seated poses, and floor poses.
Throughout the class, the instructor would encourage students to listen to their bodies and modify poses as needed to suit their individual needs and abilities. The class would end with a few minutes of relaxation in savasana, where students lie on their backs and focus on their breath and body sensations.
Overall, the class would provide a great opportunity for students to de-stress, improve their physical health, and connect with their inner selves.
Iam also conducting yoga therapy sessions for stress relief,anxiety, depression,thyroid disorders,pcos,pcod,infertility,diabetes, weight loss,back pain,migraine,sinus issues,respiratory problems,stomach disorders,body pain, autoimmune conditions and other lifestyle diseases
