Overview: As an internationally certified yoga instructor, I offer a personalized approach to helping you achieve complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation through Yoga Nidra practices. Each session I offer is structured to gently guide students into a deep state of conscious rest using breathwork, body awareness, visualization, and guided meditative techniques. Session Structure: Each session begins with a brief check-in and grounding, which may include gentle movement or breathwork to release physical tension and prepare the body and mind for stillness. The heart of the class is a guided Yoga Nidra practice. This guides you through body awareness, breath, visualization, to reach a state of conscious relaxation. Each session is held in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, where you're encouraged to go at your own pace. What makes me unique? I’m certified by the Ayush Mantralaya (Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India), with a strong grounding in traditional Indian yoga practices. My teaching emphasizes deep rest through inner stillness. Who are these sessions ideal for? These sessions are ideal for adults seeking deep rest, stress relief, or recovery from burnout. They're also beneficial for students and professionals looking to improve focus, clarity, and emotional resilience. Beginners to yoga or meditation are warmly welcomed - no prior experience is needed.
