Intro to Drawing, Sketching and More Using Pencil, Charcoal or Digital Tools (No AI)

I’ve known Mel for quite a few years, and she has always been an amazingly talented artist. She is very kind, compassionate, and helpful. We were taking a painting class together and I was having the hardest time getting the flamingo legs to look realistic. She had such a warm and gentle straight forward way of helping me get it right. I highly recommend Mel as an art teacher!

I asked Mel to help me learn some basics of digital art illustration, they helped me get going with a strong foundation. They helped me install Krita, get my drawing tablet installed and configured, and helped me navigate through Krita's interface so I could start making artwork on my PC. They were very respectful about my beginner skills and asked if I wanted any art tips or exercises. They also let me know of some alternative software like GIMP and ArtRage that I could try. Highly recommend this teacher!!!
