About Tommy
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m an Ironman, professional basketball player and qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, with a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
My sporting background has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to build strength, improve performance and achieve ambitious goals. But I also know that everyone’s journey is different, and you don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from expert coaching.
I’m passionate about helping people of all abilities become stronger, healthier and more confident. I combine my experience and technical knowledge with a supportive, down-to-earth approach that makes training both effective and enjoyable.
For me, great personal training is about more than just exercise. It’s about understanding the person, finding what works for them and helping them achieve results that make a genuine difference to their lives.

My approach to personal training is human-first: I take the time to understand you, your goals, your lifestyle and what motivates you. Every programme is tailored to your individual needs, helping you achieve incredible results while enjoying the process.
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your fitness, develop athletic performance, prepare for a competition or simply feel stronger and healthier, I’ll help you get there.
Sessions can incorporate weight training, bodyweight exercises, running, swimming and cycling, with a focus on building strength, endurance, fitness and technique.
I work with all fitness levels, from beginners looking to build confidence to experienced athletes wanting to take their performance to the next level. I also have experience in pre- and postnatal training.
Training should challenge you, but it should also be enjoyable, sustainable and rewarding.
I offer personalised training in the comfort of your own home in Fulham and the surrounding areas, bringing expert coaching directly to you.
