About Neema
I’m Neema Shetty, and I’ve been practicing meditation for over 20 years, starting from my school days. What began as a personal journey slowly became a way to support others through their own struggles.
I’ve attended Vipassana retreats and worked with students facing anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, addiction, and emotional overwhelm. I offer a safe, understanding space where you can work through your challenges at your own pace—with steady guidance and care.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage your thoughts, emotions, and habits. Through meditation, coaching, and practical tools, I offer not just guidance but genuine support. I’m deeply committed to your growth—but progress depends on your willingness to put in the work.
If you’re willing to show up for yourself, even on difficult days, I will guide and support you every step of the way. Real change is possible, and you won’t have to do it alone.
If you’re ready for that commitment, we can create meaningful change together.

Perfect! I highly recommend Neema.Their guided meditations are incredibly grounding, and they have a remarkably soothing presence. As someone who used to struggle with a racing mind, I always leave their classes feeling deeply centered and at peace. They break down techniques in a way that is clear, approachable, and completely judgment-free. I really appreciated how they explained how to handle distractions rather than just telling me to 'clear my mind. wonderful teacher for all levels.
