About Nehal
I am a current post-bacc pre med student at Johns Hopkins University with experience in tutoring high school students in biology. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to connect one-on-one with a student and help them with specific areas that they are struggling with. I can help you understand the topics you are struggling with by finding tips and tricks that work for you. Biology can be a tricky subject, but being able to connect with the subject in your own way will help you tackle the tough spots. I am quick to respond and am flexible with my schedule. My method is to first define the knowns and the unknowns, then go over any details that need to ironed out, and then work through practice problems with the student. The goal is to find ways for the student understand the material better, whether that means drawing pictures, diagrams, talking out load, etc.
