About Twanet
I have over 10 years experience in the customer service industry, therefore the customer is key and customer service comes naturally to me.
That being said, it helps me to be a teacher who can easily assess your classroom objectives and gently guide you with a learning style you will be most comfortable with.
I am a qualified TEFL-teacher and have experience in teaching individual (one to one), group (up to 8 students in a class), and entire classrooms (up to 40 students at a time).

I am proficient in teaching English from creative writing to grammar and pronunciation.
I am also fully bilingual and can speak and teach Afrikaans. This helps me know the pitfalls there is in English as a second language, and how to guide uou to avoid them.
