Did you know that your early childhood conditioning could be secretly running your life? When negative emotional imprints and limiting beliefs are stored in your subconscious, they broadcast a powerful energy without you even realising it. In fact, these hidden patterns govern up to 95% of your life. This means that despite your best intentions, your own subconscious mind could be sabotaging your goals and blocking your path to success.
Did you know that you can quite literally rewire your brain? While initial behavioural changes often take root after just 21 days, a lifelong, stable mental 'navigation system' only forms after around 100 days of intensive practice. Whether through daily meditation or targeted mental training – thanks to neuroplasticity, entirely new synaptic connections are forged in the brain.
The result of this cellular transformation:
• A noticeably improved mindset and emotional well-being.
• Sharper focus and faster problem-solving.
• The unlocking of your full cognitive potential.

Birgit is an absolutely exceptional tarot teacher. From the very first lesson, I felt completely at ease. Birgit is knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and she has a real gift for teaching.

Rather than simply asking me to memorise the traditional meanings of the cards, Birgit has helped me understand the imagery, symbolism and relationships between them. As a result, tarot is beginning to feel much more intuitive and meaningful to me.

Every lesson is interesting, enjoyable and incredibly rewarding. I always finish feeling that I have learned something valuable and wanting to learn more. I feel very fortunate to have found such a talented teacher and would recommend Birgit without hesitation.
