Perfect! Having tried a few things and different trainers a year after Michele at various prices and skill levels I would say Michele is the best trainer I tried out for physical fitness. I would say the disadvantage of hiring him is he does it outside all year around and is in a higher price range. That said, his exercises are easy to do and remember, he adjusts the training according to your needs and I made good progress when using him in comparison to other people. He respects your conditions and tries to break your limiting belief which I think is a critical part of physical fitness.

Hello, I am an architect and I recommend Michele because he is professional, punctual and friendly.
