About Amanda
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for for 5 years.
I studied with the International School of Kundalini Yoga (220) hours and have since also become a practitioner of children's yoga and chair yoga for the older or less mobile.
I am an experienced practitioner and have taught 1:1 and group sessions both in person and, more recently, remotely.
I am experienced in sound healing and use crystal singing bowls and the symphonic gong to offer inner healing and relaxation.

Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and offers a reconnection to your inner being.
It uses pranayama (breath awareness) sound, meditation and asana (posture).
It works with the body system as a whole and is a great practice for reducing stress and anxiety, and aiding a peaceful and more restful sleep.
It enables you to become aware of your triggers, your reactions and responses to different people, situations and environments, and how you can best manage yourself.
You learn to establish that reconnection to yourself. In the process, you build and strengthen your immune system, glandular system, nervous system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, increase circulation, open the chakras and feel a great sense of balance.
