Labor law is more than reading the Federal Labor Law. There are at least two different ways to quantify a labor termination, to give an example (and in a trial 4). My experience as an external and internal labor lawyer of companies, as well as a litigant has led me to share several points of view. To a lawyer for example, I can explain the vision of the accountant, the HR Recruiter or the Manager and vice versa. I can offer you a broader view of labor law because I have worked and assumed the roles mentioned, which has led me to understand the needs of each area. My teaching method is based on the Federal Labor Law commenting on criteria, experiences and contemporary realities.
