About Sun

Dance enthusiast with 8 years of competitive Ballroom Dance training and experience in Formation dance in Russia. Training included all 10 dances (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive.)

Co-founder of a Heels Dance Studio in South Korea, where I had a chance to witness women from all over the world perform in heels
in a span of 2 months training.

My goal is to help foster a supportive and inspiring learning environment, helping beginner dancers develop confidence, style, and stage presence.

About the lesson

Learn the basics of Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba and Jive. Classes are designed to boost your technique, rhythm, and confidence.

Lesson plan:
- Warm-up with the focus on body isolation
- Foundational techniques in steps and hand movement
- Choreo combo to train stamina

Lesson is for those who
- Always wanted to try ballroom dance
- Looking for ways to boost femininity through movement
- Wants to dance in heels
- Wants to try new style

Remember that ballroom dance is a SPORT on its own and requires dedication and patience.
