About Chris

I have been teaching the Chinese languages to foreign students for years and I know the questions and doubts of English-speaking students so that I can address them in particular. My strength is I can tell the similarities and differences between English and Chinese in terms of pronunciation and language structure so that students can be more aware of the differences. What's more, students can manipulate and make good use of the similarities to reduce study time.

About the lesson

1) I can teach you all aspects of the Chinese language (Mandarin and Cantonese), including writing, proofreading, speaking and pronunciation skills etc. 2) Course content tailor-made to suit your needs and level. You can start from scratch. 3) I am a native speaker of these languages and I know the sound systems of them very well. 4) I am an experienced Speech and Language Therapist specialising in Phonetics and Linguistics so I know how to teach a language the best way. 5) I am experienced.
